Since we were new to the real estate game, we just didn’t know where to begin. My wife and I spent our Sundays going to different open houses in the area just to get a feel for what our options were. Though we made several attempts to strike up conversations with the realtors at these open houses, we felt that they weren’t interested in helping us getting started or even pointing us in the right direction! After several weeks of this we were dishearted, and understandably frustrated.

Finally, our search took a turn in the right direction: we came across an agent who was willing to help us out and was patient with us during our search for a home. With his supportive guidance, the process of house-hunting became fun and exciting. No longer was it mysterious and daunting. We knew he had our best interests in mind and that he was there to answer our questions and concerns every step of the way.
